Roman Morgan serves as Clinic Supervisor at Longevity Medical Institute, where he oversees daily operations and helps ensure the seamless coordination of patient services, staff, and clinical workflows. Working closely with both administrative and medical teams, Roman plays a key role in maintaining the high standards of organization, efficiency, and hospitality that define the LMI experience.

Prior to joining Longevity Medical Institute, Roman built extensive leadership and management experience in administration, operations, customer service, and team management. He served as General Administrator for a large condominium management company, overseeing personnel management, payroll, vendor relationships, maintenance teams, contracts, property operations, and administrative processes.

His professional background also includes experience in hospitality, aviation services, and customer-facing roles where attention to detail, organization, and exceptional service were essential.

Roman's strong operational background, organizational skills, and commitment to excellence allow him to effectively support both patients and staff throughout the clinic.
