Felisa Albelais, BSc

Felisa Albelais is a nutrition professional specializing in gut health, women’s health, and personalized nutrition and lifestyle coaching for both women and men. She combines evidence-based nutritional science with a holistic understanding that long-term health is shaped by more than food alone. Digestion, movement, stress, sleep, daily habits, and lifestyle all play an important role.

Felisa earned her bachelor’s degree in Nutritional Sciences from Universidad de Sonora and holds a Diploma in Sports Nutrition. She is also an ISAK Level 1 Anthropometrist and a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. This multidisciplinary background allows her to consider nutrition within the broader context of body composition, physical activity, performance, metabolic health, and overall well-being.

While she has a particular interest in women’s health, Felisa works with both women and men to help them better understand their bodies and develop sustainable strategies that support digestive health, energy, healthy aging, metabolic well-being, and long-term vitality. Rather than relying on restrictive diets or one-size-fits-all recommendations, she considers each person’s individual needs, goals, preferences, lifestyle, and relationship with food.

With more than five years of experience in hospitality, Felisa also understands the practical challenges of maintaining healthy habits in everyday life. Her experience working closely with food, people, and diverse lifestyles has shaped her belief that nutrition should be scientifically sound, enjoyable, culturally relevant, and realistic to sustain.

At Longevity Medical Institute, Felisa provides personalized nutrition and lifestyle assessments to help patients understand their current patterns, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop practical strategies that support their individual health and longevity goals.

Her philosophy is centered on education, personalization, and empowerment. She gives patients the knowledge and practical tools to make informed choices and build healthier habits that can support them for years to come.
