The treatment begins with a sample of your own blood. Our in-house biotechnology laboratory processes the sample to separate the white blood cell fraction, then cultures your natural killer (NK) cells to increase their numbers and activate their activity. These are autologous NK cells, meaning they come from your own body. Preparation takes approximately 14 days, after which the cells are returned to you through an IV infusion. The goal is to support your body’s natural immune defenses with a larger, more active population of your own NK cells.
