More Than a Longevity Panel: A Complete Picture of Your Health

Most longevity programs run a blood panel and hand you the numbers. We go further, in two ways that matter.

First, our Comprehensive Longevity Biomarker Panel reaches across sixteen physiological systems, including areas most longevity services never touch: oncology and tumor markers, urinalysis, digestive and fecal health, autoimmune activity, infectious disease, and coagulation, alongside the cardiovascular, metabolic, and hormonal markers you'd expect. It's not just "how am I aging?" It's "what is happening across my entire body, right now?"

Second, and most importantly, we don't read your labs in isolation. Your results are interpreted alongside your full-body, AI-enhanced MRI and a physician's clinical assessment, so we measure both the function of your body (the labs) and its structure (the imaging), then read them together. A finding in your bloodwork gains meaning when we can see the corresponding structure on imaging, and vice versa. That's how our physicians design protocols tailored to what's actually happening inside you, not a generic plan from a number on a page.

A few of the often-overlooked markers we measure:

Beyond standard longevity panels:

Oncology / tumor markers

PSA, CEA, AFP, CA-125, CA 15-3, CA 19-9, and others, for early screening signals most longevity panels omit entirely

Urinalysis

(physical, chemical, and microscopic) — a window into kidney, metabolic, and urinary-tract health

Fecal occult blood

a simple, important digestive and colorectal screen

Autoimmune & infectious markers

ANA, rheumatoid factor, Lyme, and EBV panels

High-value aging and cardiovascular markers:

ApoB & Lipoprotein(a)

among the strongest cardiovascular risk predictors, rarely run on a standard physical

hs-CRP & IL-6

sensitive markers of the inflammation that drives aging and disease

Fasting insulin & HOMA-IR

metabolic dysfunction caught years before glucose rises

IGF-1, DHEA-S, testosterone & full thyroid panel

the hormonal drivers of vitality, muscle, and resilience

No single value diagnoses anything. Tumor markers and screening tests are always interpreted alongside your history, your imaging, and physician assessment, never in isolation.

TriFusion Blood Therapy

It’s a high-volume, closed-loop blood treatment capable of processing up to 2 liters of blood per session—far exceeding the reach of traditional ozone IV therapy. Our treatment platform is optimized for clinical precision, patient safety, and maximum therapeutic yield.

Longevity Medical Institute® Lab Panel vs. Function Health

Function Health has quickly become one of the most recognized names in longevity lab testing, often promoted as a new standard for advanced biomarker screening. But when you look beyond the dashboard and compare the actual clinical depth of the testing, an important question emerges: is consumer wellness tracking the same as physician-guided longevity medicine?

At Longevity Medical Institute®, we believe the answer is no.

Longevity Medical Institute® vs. Fountain Life

Fountain Life has quickly become one of the most recognized names in longevity medicine, often promoted as a leader in advanced diagnostics and early disease detection. But when you look beyond the screening process and compare the actual scope of care, an important question emerges: is identifying disease risk the same as delivering comprehensive longevity medicine?

At Longevity Medical Institute®, we believe the answer is no.
